Technical delivery

Opening a website transmits technically necessary connection data, such as IP address, access time, requested URL and browser information, to the hosting provider. This supports website delivery and security. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This static website is provided through our web hosting. cPanel is used to administer the webspace. The hosting provider receives the connection data described above and may store it in server logs for technical operation, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. The retention period is determined by how long the data is needed for these purposes. Logs relevant to investigating a specific security incident or meeting a legal retention obligation may be retained for longer for that purpose.

Contact by email or telephone

When you contact us, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. Pre-contractual enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; general enquiries under the legitimate interest in responding, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is retained only as needed for the enquiry and applicable statutory retention duties.
